When is the program:
The program starts September 14th and runs for 12 weeks
What is included.
Each week is 5 workouts. They should be able to be done in right around an hour. There will be 2-3 days of lifting only and 2-3 days of strength and conditioning depending on what phase we are on.
Meal prep recipes will go out on Fridays starting after the first week. It will be an in-depth recipe with 4 servings that you can use for lunches or dinners during the week. We will also have some dinner and breakfast ideas as well as a food plan with macro and calorie recommendations.
We also have videos of the exercises for reference and an option to join in a group workout at the beginning of watch phase to ask any questions and get help on form.
This plan is built for real people who live real lives but still want great results! Nutrition will require some cooking, but the foods are easily accessible and whole food based. This can work for vegetarians, keto, paleo, healthy lifestyle… we are focusing on a healthy, well rounded and maintainable diet plan.
Is there a class? How do we stay connected?
We will have a private Facebook coaching group for everyone who signs up. This is a great place to share recipes, experiences with the workouts, gain and give support as a group. Workout programs and some correspondence will go out over email. But for the most part everything will happen on the Facebook group’s page.
What do I need for the workouts.
We highly suggest a gym for these workouts. You will need access to a variety of free weights and functional equipment to complete the program successfully. It can be adapted to a home gym but there is a minimum requirement for what you will need. You do not need to be a PURENERGY Fitness member to join the program.
I’m training for a few races in the fall that were postponed from the spring. Can I do this program and still get my running/ biking workouts in?
Yes absolutely you can email Caryn at email@example.com for information on how to get your workouts in and still see great results from the lifting and nutrition. You may even find you recover faster and get stronger in the last few weeks of training by following this program.
We will do measurements once a month upon request and will have time available to meet for measurements.
