CASS KUEHN: GROUP STRENGTH
Growing up in Montana I was always surrounded by nature and sports. Whether it was traveling for soccer or exploring the outdoors, being active was a huge part of my upbringing.
I found CrossFit in 2014, which sparked a newfound passion for physical training. The vibrant atmosphere, challenging workouts, supportive community, and collective motivation fostered a sense of belonging that encouraged my commitment to personal growth.
I recently transferred to Wyoming due to my military service, and I decided to lay some roots here so my twin boys Cooper and Oliver can be around family. It’s just the three of us and I couldn’t be more excited to someday coach my two little gym buddies when they get older!

ASIA STOCKWELL: YOGA
Asia is a Wyoming native. She fell in love with yoga at a local studio and it changed her life in many ways for the better! Yoga encouraged her to begin rock climbing and get certified as a RYT200. Her favorite activities include anything in the sunshine! Hiking, sun sipping, camping, and her newest addiction, rock climbing! (Which yoga has helped IMMENSELY)

CINDY GARRIOTT: YOGA, BARRE
I began teaching fitness over 32 years ago - back in the day of leg warmers. Although it has never been my full time job, it is definitely my passion. I love motivating people and being motivated by the younger generation as well. I have taught everything from Aerobic Dance, Aerobic Fitness to Water Aerobics and now primarily focus on teaching Yoga. I enjoy learning new things and practicing my Massage Therapy skills.

HEATHER SCHRECKENDGUST:
SPIN AND ABS
I was born and raised in Montana. I played sports throughout school but it wasn’t until college that I really enjoyed physical fitness. After retirement I became a certified Spin Instructor and just recently earned my RYT200 teacher certification. I am excited to share my energy and love of fitness with others.

KELLY SCHROEDER: SUNRISE YOGA

Outside of teaching, Kelly enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and paddleboarding with her pup.

BAILEY GREGORICH: HOT YOGA
Bailey is a certified Vinyasa instructor who has been teaching yoga since 2010. After experiencing firsthand how a consistent practice can carry benefits that extend far beyond the studio, she became passionate about bringing the gift of yoga to others. With a teaching style that prioritizes breath work, alignment, and flow, her goal is to create a positive experience that feels intentional and rewarding each time you come to the mat.

BRITNEE GERINGER: YOGA
My yoga journey started yearS ago as a form of healing. I stumbled into a Yin class for the first time and it changed my life. Yoga pulled me out of a dark place and taught me that I am worthy. It gave me peace, joy, strength, love, and pride. During my journey in yoga and during my YTT training, I have been able to form beautiful friendships with people who inspire me daily. My goals as a teacher in the studio and my work are to inspire others to try, to be proud of themselves and their accomplishments, and most of all, to laugh!

LEAH DOCKERY: HYBRID HIIT
Leah was raised in Sheridan and found a love for many outdoor activities. SHE started weight training and RUNNING IN ORDER TO FEEL STRONGER IN ALL OF HER OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES AND enjoys the fitness community.

LISA RICHARDSON: LUNCH EXPRESS
Lisa is an Arkansas native who moved to Wyoming in 2021. When she isn’t on the mountain or teaching Lunch Express, you can find her and her husband cheering on her two boys at Big Horn.
"Fitness and sports have always been a huge part of my life. Being active not only improves our physical state but also brings mental clarity. That is why I love HITT classes. Engaging the mind-muscle connection through complex movements enhances our self-awareness and prevents injury as we age."
Lisa enjoys teaching group classes not only because she helps people get stronger and more confident in their abilities, but more importantly, because it brings people together!
