CASS KUEHN: GROUP STRENGTH
Growing up in Montana I was always surrounded by nature and sports. Whether it was traveling for soccer or exploring the outdoors, being active was a huge part of my upbringing.
I found CrossFit in 2014, which sparked a newfound passion for physical training. The vibrant atmosphere, challenging workouts, supportive community, and collective motivation fostered a sense of belonging that encouraged my commitment to personal growth.
I recently transferred to Wyoming due to my military service, and I decided to lay some roots here so my twin boys Cooper and Oliver can be around family. It’s just the three of us and I couldn’t be more excited to someday coach my two little gym buddies when they get older!
