IVY HARBOUR: YOGA; NATA GROOVE
I’m a Wyoming Native with a dedicated love for the Arts, Wilderness, and Movement. I was first introduced to Yoga at the age of 19, and found over time that it became a useful tool for stress-management, and improving body awareness. Since then, I have completed a 500 hr teacher training course in India, and am continuously discovering new ways of creatively integrating the breath with movement in the classes I teach.
JOHN GRAVES: GROUP TRAINING AND TEEN TRAINING CAMPS John has a strong background in strength and conditioning training and also works as a personal trainer at the gym. He is an ISSA Strength and Conditioning Coach and a USA Weightlifting Advanced Sports Performance Coach. His classes focus on building strength through Olympic lifting while inspire members to push beyond their mental and physical boundaries.
CINDY GARRIOTT: YOGA, BARRE
I began teaching fitness over 32 years ago - back in the day of leg warmers. Although it has never been my full time job, it is definitely my passion. I love motivating people and being motivated by the younger generation as well. I have taught everything from Aerobic Dance, Aerobic Fitness to Water Aerobics and now primarily focus on teaching Yoga. I enjoy learning new things and practicing my Massage Therapy skills.
AMANDA KIRLIN: SPIN AND ABS
I have taught spin classes for 5 years. I love bringing energy to my class with a great playlist and tons of energy. I enjoy a variety of different kinds of exercises in the gym including weight training. When I'm not in the gym, I can be found playing outdoors with my husband, dog, and friends!
NIKKI ULUG: SPIN AND ROLL; SPIN AND ABS:
Nikki moved to Sheridan from Austin, Texas in 2019. She fell in love the with open gravel roads of Sheridan County and has been doing her best to explore all of them on her bike. She is a Schwinn Certified Spin Instructor and also works as the Development Coordinator for the Antelope Butte Foundation.
CHRISTINA TRAPP: TRX AND HIIT CIRCUITS
Christina was born and raised in Sheridan and is the mother of 3. She started her fitness journey after her second child. After attending TRX class she fell in love with it and is happy to have the opportunity to teach as a certified instructor. She loves to be involved in helping others through their own fitness journey.
ASIA STOCKWELL: YOGA
Asia is a Wyoming native. She fell in love with yoga at a local studio and it changed her life in many ways for the better! Yoga encouraged her to begin rock climbing and get certified as a RYT200. Her favorite activities include anything in the sunshine! Hiking, sun sipping, camping, and her newest addiction, rock climbing! (Which yoga has helped IMMENSELY)
RHYLEE COOPER: GROUP TRAINING
I grew up in Sheridan. As a kid, I spent a lot of time playing sports and being active outdoors. After high school, I quickly developed a love for weight lifting and decided to pursue a career in fitness. I recently became certified as a personal trainer and a health coach. I'm passionate about exploring movement and fitness in new ways, as well as helping others find what works best for them.
MONIQUE GOLINVAUX: CARDIO KICK AND GROUP TRAINING
Monique has been a NESTA Certified trainer since 2014. She has played sports her whole life and continues to play soccer and tennis, and enjoys mountain biking. Her love of training stems from the fulfillment she gets helping and watching people change and grow through their fitness journey in all aspects of their life, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. "Seeing people's confidence emerge as they push themselves and do something they never thought they could is the ultimate reward of training for me."
LEE KAHM: SPIN
I grew up on a family farm in Montana. Living in Wyoming for the last ten years it has certainly become home to me, my wife, and three kids. I have been a cycling fan for the last 15 years. Road cycling is my passion, and Sheridan has some of the best wide open highways, with little traffic to compete with. All the group classes have been a great addition to my training. I recently became a certified Schwinn spin instructor. I love the group atmosphere that the classes bring.

Kersten holds a diplomate of acupuncture, different variety of therapeutic massages, and yoga certifications of ERYT200/500. Needless to say she loves the body and all of its movements. She's taught yoga and helped others how to share their passion of teaching yoga with others, has created 2 yoga studios, but still loves the beautiful basic simplicity of teaching ❤ There's nothing in the world that makes her happier ( except being a mom) than teaching yoga. She teaches the noon lunchtime flow at PurEnergy on Tuesdays and subs. Her classes are a variety of movements within a movement, classical asana, living in harmony with the seasons and breath work..
ALEX CLEARWATER: LUNCH EXPRESS; YOGA
Alex’s strengths lie in dynamic lifting, proper form and body alignment, functional movement, and yoga inspired exercise. She has an

Alex loves anything active, but her favorites include running, yoga, hiking, reading a great book, rock climbing and dancing.
CARYN MOXEY: SPIN AND ABS
Caryn has been a Personal Trainer since 1999 and started teaching spin after getting back into cycling in 2014. She loves exploring the gravel roads and singletrack trails around Sheridan County with her husband, son and trail dog. Her spin classes are challenging but focus on fun and bringing the outdoors into to the class. She is a Schwinn Certified Spin Instructor.
