We are excited to announce that in late July we will begin offering MYZONE heart rate group monitoring to our classes at the gym! Spin, HIIT Circuits, Super Saturday and a few other classes will offer group heart rate challenges. Stay tuned for more details. We will have some intro classes and info regarding how to utilize this in the coming weeks.

  ALEXANDRIA CLEARWATER: LUNCH EXPRESS

Alex has her A.S in Exercise Science and is a certified Personal Trainer with the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NSCF). She recently traveled to India to gain her 200 hr yoga teacher certification where she studied the ancient practice at its origins. Alex wants to share with her clients the healing qualities of exercise and movement and believes everyone should have a healthy relationship with their bodies and strives to thread that concept throughout her career.

  MARY JO THOMSPON: SPIN/ TRX
Mary Jo is a certified Schwinn Spin Instructor. She has been active and a “gym rat” forever! She is an avid runner and loves to bike, golf, hike; anything that includes spending time outdoors.

  CINDY GARRIOTT: YOGA, BARRE

I began teaching fitness over 32 years ago - back in the day of leg warmers. Although it has never been my full time job, it is definitely my passion. I love motivating people and being motivated by the younger generation as well. I have taught everything from Aerobic Dance, Aerobic Fitness to Water Aerobics and now primarily focus on teaching Yoga. I enjoy learning new things and practicing my Massage Therapy skills.

  KRISTIN SMEAD: SPIN AND TRX

I am in Sheridan this summer to complete my clinical internship for Physical Therapy school. I've been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 4 years now and absolutely love sharing my passion with others! I can't wait to climb up mountains on Monday nights in spin and work on full body strengthening in TRX on Wednesday nights with you all!

  SIERRA ZOWADA: YOGA TONE

I recently moved back to Sheridan from Austin, TX where I taught yoga full time and am excited to bring some fun, high-energy 

classes to the gym. My class combines yoga with weights and cardio bursts to energizing music that is sure to make you sweat. Outside of the studio, I work full time at Weatherby and enjoy rodeoing, traveling, and hanging with my dog Titan.

  CHRISTINA TRAPP: TRX AND HIIT CIRCUITS

Christina was born and raised in Sheridan and is the mother of 3. She started her fitness journey after her second child. After attending TRX class she fell in love with it and is happy to have the opportunity to teach as a certified instructor. She loves to be involved in helping others through their own fitness journey.

  ASIA STOCKWELL: YOGA

Asia is a Wyoming native. She fell in love with yoga at a local studio and it changed her life in many ways for the better! Yoga encouraged her to begin rock climbing and get certified as a RYT200. Her favorite activities include anything in the sunshine! Hiking, sun sipping, camping, and her newest addiction, rock climbing! (Which yoga has helped IMMENSELY)

  RHYLEE COOPER: GROUP TRAINING
I grew up in Sheridan. As a kid, I spent a lot of time playing sports and being active outdoors. After high school, I quickly developed a love for weight lifting and decided to pursue a career in fitness. I recently became certified as a personal trainer and a health coach. I'm passionate about exploring movement and fitness in new ways, as well as helping others find what works best for them.

  MONIQUE GOLINVAUX: CARDIO KICK AND GROUP TRAINING

Monique has been a NESTA Certified trainer since 2014. She has played sports her whole life and continues to play soccer and tennis, and enjoys mountain biking. Her love of training stems from the fulfillment she gets helping and watching people change and grow through their fitness journey in all aspects of their life, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. "Seeing people's confidence emerge as they push themselves and do something they never thought they could is the ultimate reward of training for me."

  IVY HARBOUR: YOGA

I’m a Wyoming Native with a dedicated love for the Arts, Wilderness, and Movement. I I was first introduced to Yoga at the age of 19, and found over time that it became a useful tool for stress-management, and improving body awareness. Since then, I have completed a 500 hrteacher training course in India, and am continuously discovering new ways of creatively integrating the breath with movement in the classes I teach.

  MELISSA WATT: YOGA, FOUNDATIONS, BARRE

The type of yoga class I lead is a flowing motion with the goal of coordinating breath with movement. Each class focuses on flexibility, strength and balance. Ultimately, I feel the benefits of yoga are found in a greater awareness of our bodies. I began teaching yoga in 2011 in hopes of sharing the benefit with others. I completed my training through Core Power Yoga & am currently pursuing further training.

  AMANDA KIRLIN: SPIN AND ABS

I have taught spin classes for 5 years. I love bringing energy to my class with a great playlist and tons of energy. I enjoy a variety of different kinds of exercises in the gym including weight training.  When I'm not in the gym, I can be found playing outdoors with my husband, dog, and friends!
