At PURENERGY Fitness, we value commitment, consistency, and respect for both our members and coaching staff. Please review the following cancellation and refund policies carefully.
Membership Cancellations
Membership cancellations require a minimum of 3 day notice prior to the next billing cycle. Requests submitted after this period may result in one final billing charge.
Memberships may be canceled by contacting the gym by email or phone or submitting a request in person. You may also cancel your membership via the app.
Class & Appointment Cancellations
We kindly ask that all class reservations, coaching sessions, or appointments be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.
Refund Policy
Membership fees, class packages, coaching services, and retail purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a billing error occurs, please contact Caryn Moxey at (307) 751-6833 as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Holds & Special Circumstances
Membership holds for medical reasons, travel, or special circumstances may be approved at management discretion with appropriate notice.
